Sobriety Testing

Anthony R. Segura has successfully completed the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration/International Association of Chiefs of Police course in DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing. This training allows Mr. Segura to effectively challenge defects in police administration and scoring of field sobriety tests.
