David is Board-Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization- a distinction earned by only a select percentage of Texas attorneys. Board certification reflects substantial trial experience, peer review, and demonstrated excellence in criminal defense.

Together, they have cultivated a family-run practice defined by diligence, discretion, and thoughtful advocacy.

After raising nine children, David and Jennifer are now enjoying life as empty nesters and embracing their role as grandparents. They value the opportunity to work alongside one another while remaining actively involved in the lives of their growing family. That perspective – shaped by decades of parenting, responsibility, and long-term commitment- informs how David approaches his clients’ cases: with steadiness, perspective, and a clear understanding of what is truly at stake.

Outside the courtroom, David is an avid outdoorsman and hunter who values patience, preparation, and discipline- qualities that closely parallel his approach to criminal defense. He also enjoys collecting bourbon, appreciating the craftsmanship and nuance that come only with time and experience.
